Haircuts!

Please could I have some advice for getting my 2yo haircut. It is like he is being tormented. We’ve tried scissors and clippers - Youtube, chocolate any possible enjoyable distraction and nothing seems to work

  • My 3 year old really struggled and then i found a hairdresser that offers private appointments. It is more expensive but essentially what happens is they shut the salon, my son is the only child in there, similar the lights, no chair, no robe and the hairdresser follows my son around and cuts his hair. She is so gentle and just follows my sons lead. Everything we go, she cuts a little more hair and we spend longer at the salon.  Its been a gradual process over 6 months. We also don't use clippers, scissors only.
