Hi all, I’m a very confused and lost mummy here!
My son is 46 months (4 in November) and showing signs of ASD; myself, grandparents, family support worker, SALT and GP are all onboard with the possible diagnosis however his nursery aren’t but I believe this is due to his masking.
I have finally got my first meeting with the nursery SENCO on Friday and I’m just wondering if there’s anything I can do to make them to an EHCP I.e particular laws to support. Also is there anything else I can ask for them to do, so far I’d like to ask for a referral to Early Years Forum and for an EHCP.
Really sorry for the long winded message, I just don’t really know what I’m doing so any advice would be fab! Thanks in advance
