Looking for support at dinner times with 4 year old meltdowns

Hello,

Wondering if anyone can signpost me to some support.

My biggest challenge right now is

eating together with my 4 year old son at the dinner table. My son (Dylan) often becomes very vocal and dysregulated just before dinner, which is tricky as we’re usually cooking and can’t give him our full attention in that moment.

When dinner is ready, he’s reluctant to come to the table. After some gentle coaxing, he’ll usually climb onto his chair, but then often becomes distressed—this could be about the food itself or something sensory like how his chair feels. If we’re unable to resolve whatever’s upsetting him, it can lead to a meltdown.

Once at the table, he may still not eat, or we end up spoon-feeding him. He often gets up and down repeatedly during meals and can seem restless or uncomfortable. Sometimes he says he’s finished after only a few bites. He also gets anxious if we talk to each other during meals, so most conversation is directed only toward him. Mealtimes can stretch to 1.5 hours and often involve multiple sittings and high distress. We sometimes offer cereal before bed out of concern he might not sleep well if he’s still hungry.

What i'm looking for

What i really want is for someone to look at a video of our dinner times, then offer a 2hr consultation call where can discuss specific advice and strategies and then have a few follow ups.

What I keep finding on the market is either 'Pay 2k for an assessment then we help' or a drop in consultation (not at dinner time) then a PDF report with a 15min follow up call. This isn't what we need, rather we want to be able to discuss and have a deep conversation about strategies and approaches and revisit it over the course of a few weeks.

Does this kind of support I'm looking for exist?

Thanks!
