Parental Isolation

I just wanted to say - without going in to all the details, because I can't work out where to stop typing, there's so much to say - that this is super hard. It's just so hard parenting autistic kids. I don't even know where to begin with finding help, it's such a tangled mess trying to work this out. Has anyone got any good go to strategies for handling not knowing what on earth to do?
