Understanding perspectives to improve mental health for young people

My name is Alexia Jeayes and I am a PhD student at the University of Nottingham.

I am conducting research as part of the BRIDGE study (Building Research capability to Improve Digital mental health for younG peoplE), which aims to improve how digital mental health interventions are conducted and delivered to support young people.

What’s the opportunity?

·                Join our PPI group to share thoughts, ideas, and experiences about digital mental health research.

·                Individuals in the PPI group can include children, young people, and their caregivers or parents with experiences of mental health conditions or being involved in digital mental health interventions.

·                Activities include group discussions, reviewing materials, and helping to design projects.

·                Meetings will be held online every three months, with additional flexible opportunities to get involved.

Our first online meeting is scheduled for Monday 3rd March 5:30-6:30pm. Each session will last approximately an hour and be delivered online.

If you have any questions, please email me (Alexia) on lpyaj8@nottingham.ac.uk. If you are interested in taking part, please fill out the form [here] to express interest or scan the QR code on the poster.
