A group of researchers at University College London are conducting a research study which aims to improve our understanding of autistic girls’ language development, in order to inform and improve diagnosis of autism in girls. They’re seeking autistic and non-autistic 11-16-year-old girls and boys plus their parents to participate. Families will ideally be located in and around London, as participation will involve one in-person session with the young person in Central London (UCL campus) and a second session which can either be online or in-person depending on the family's preference. Parents are also asked to complete some questionnaires which can be done online or in-person.
