Has anyone had any experience with You ID Me? For those who don't know, You ID Me is the UK's leading emergency ID and alert service that quickly provides first responders with your vital ID, emergency contact and medical information - straight to their phone or mobile device by scanning your individual QR code.
I ordered my daughter one of their wristbands, which she wears 24/7 since she can't take it off by herself, which gives me peace of mind. I have included all her medical details, etc, but it has an option for additional documents. I'm not too sure what to add here. Would her Behaviour Support Plan and Hospital Plan be beneficial and appropriate. The reason she has this wristband is because she can abscond from home or us when dysregulated. She is usually amazing at coming home quickly, but there are occasions where this doesn't happen and she has severe meltdowns in public alone and emergency services are often called by the public. Therefore, Im hoping that if they see her wristband, they will use it and get the information they need quickly.
If anyone uses this service, would you be happy to share what additional documents you have added?
Thanks in advance!
