I'm really struggling to complete my daughter's DLA form and sadly it seems that the often referenced guide that used to be on this site has gone. Can be anyone signpost me to something similar?
Many thanks

Hi Emma,
In addition to the suggestions already made by the users in this thread, I would suggest having a look at the info over on Citizens Advice, which has a section on filling out the DLA form - https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/benefits/sick-or-disabled-people-and-carers/disability-living-allowance/help-with-your-dla-claim/help-with-dla-form/ - and an overview on different types of disability benefits if that would be helpful too - https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/benefits/sick-or-disabled-people-and-carers/
Hope this is of some help,

There may be organizations that can help locally. Citizens Advice Bureau may be able to tell you where you could get help in your area.
Hi Emma
I suggest subscribing (a fee is involved) to Benefits and Work, who provide guides on DLA and PIP.
