I was just wondering if anyone could advise me on the correct form to fill in for an Appeal to DWP regards claimimg DLA for my son age 7 it has been refused after the October 2013 date. I have tried the mandatory reconsideration notice and been refused again, but i have just discovered on receiving the refusal that they never chased a report from my sons Speech and language therapist, who is the one and only official that has helped unofficially diagnose my son and sees him regularly, as he has not yet been officially diagnosed and is now home schooled. i could not believe they turned down my application without her input. She has now given me a letter so i am sending it with the appeal application.
There are so many forms the one i have printed is called SSCS2 but it quotes child maintanence references an awful lot so i am not sure, the site gov.uk is very confusing and not clear at all.
Any Advice?
