Problems getting school help

Hi, 

Im still having great difficulty getting any help for William at pre-school. He's only managed 3 days in this week with me picking him up early as well. The school are saying he is fine, when he says different at home. He doesnt have an IEP or anything!

Anyone been here? I know he needs help but without the school onboard im struggling to get anywhere
