How to find schools with Autism provision

I'm looking for a High School for my daughter for Sept 2015. I have an idea of the maintained mainstream provision in the County from LA staff and word of mouth but no idea of what might be available in SEN specific or private provision.

Does anyone know a reliable way to find out what's out there?

You could try something like this: http://www.educational-grants.org/
If your daughter has a statement of SEN and you can show that an independent school is the only school that can meet her needs I believe you can name it on the statement.
