Hi everyone,
We have a 9 year old son recently diagnosed with Asperger's after a very lengthy assessment process. He was lucky to have a support person appointed to him in school and this has been reinforced now by his Statment. However, we have recently been advised that his support worker, class teacher and general support structure within school will all be going on a residential at the end of this month.
Can anyone please advise if we have any redress against school taking everyone familiar away from my son, even if this is just for 2 days?
