Learning Disability Liaison Team at the University Hospitals of Leicester are trying to set up a service for autistic patients visiting our hospital to ensure a better service that meets their needs

Dear all, 

The Learning Disability Liaison Team at the University Hospitals of Leicester are trying to set up a service for autistic patients visiting our hospital to ensure a better service that meets their needs. 

However, we need some help to know what is needed. Please can you take some time to fill in the below survey, it is about any visits you may have had to The Leicester Royal Infirmary, Glenfield Hospital or Leicester General Hospital.
