i was told when my son was diagnosed with Autism to apply for D.L.A i did this and have been refused. C.A.M.H.S have writen a letter to them to outline Dans disability and i would like to know if anyone actually does recieve this and at what level.

    When you apply for DLA the decision makers are looking for specific phrases and behaviours in order to grant an award.

    The helpline knows inside out what is required.

     

    The helpline helped me out twice and the second time I was at the tribunal stage and with the help from the helpline I won my appeal.
