Post 16

Hi I am a little confused with what happens to general administrative decisions when your child turns 16.

My will reach this soon and it started already to cause problem. We won't be able to access medical record without his agreement (he is not able to understand that).

What needs to be done to remain carer and make decisions on his behalf for payments, etc? I feel frustrated that all I want to do is care for my lovely boy, but not able to.

Any link or advice on what needs to be done would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
