Hi folks ... it's been ages since I last posted, sorry!!
I've got a question and wonder if anyone can help me. We're considering getting a dog for our oldest son, specifically his and not a family pet. We've taken advice from several sources and we believe a lab would be best for him BUT they are so expensive. Does anyone know if there are grants available for dogs? I've heard of the family fund but don't know if anyone would consider a dog a grant-worthy expense.
Any ideas?

Hi dont know of any grants, but just wanted to say, we got a dog for our Aspie son, best thing we could have done, they love each others to bits, We have a list put up of the dogs routine and things my son needs to do for him and it works very well, although we need to remind himn to look at the list.
. How about telling your local dog charities what you are looking for and why,good luck x
