List of Questions to ask a new school?

Hi I went to a seminar today, I was told there was a list of Questions to ask a new school on this website but could not seem to find them.

I have a 7yr old son with ASD, frankly his school are doing nothing to support him and we are looking at alternative mainstreem schools.

The list (or suggestions) on what sort of questions to ask would be invaluble.

If anyone could point me in the right direction, I would be very greatfull.
