Newly diagnosed

Hello,

today my little girl has been diagnosed with autism?? I now we sort of knew this was the. Case but a formal diagnosis has hit me hard...are there any other mums out there with little ones in the same position??? I would welcome all replies.

Hi mummy51 - I have a six year old boy who was diagnosed about 6 weeks ago now. I had known in my heart since he was little and so had a long time to come to terms with it before the diagnosis came. It's still hard to hear though.
