Social skills groups in schools?

If you are the parent of a 13-21 year old autistic young person who has taken part in a social skills group in school, please see the link below and consider sharing (both of) your experiences. Social skills groups are relatively common practice in schools but the evidence base is currently very small!

  • Hi Imogen,

As Fibonacci Squid has helpfully pointed out, using the NAS community to post research studies or surveys is against our rules unless you have received permission to do so. I would suggest you visit the research page - https://www.autism.org.uk/what-we-do/who-we-are/research or reach out to research@nas.org.uk - for the time being this thread will be locked and the link will be removed. If you receive permission from the research team you can repost the thread, or ask for this one to be unlocked.

    Best wishes,
    Ross - mod

Please be advised that any requests for research subjects or surveys posted on the Community will be deleted without warning.
