Praying for troubled young autistic sons and daughters

We have been really struggling to live peacefully with our autistic who we appreciate was deeply unhappy but taking it out on the family . We were very surprised when we visited quite a small church to be sitting at a table with two other mothers who were seriously going through the most terrible times I wondered if any Christian parents would be interested in a WhatsApp group where we can support each other snd pray for our lovely but very troubled children .God changes everything and we have had many amazing answers to prayer

I often find peace using the jerusalem rosary during really tough days with my teen. It helps me feel more grounded, especially after meltdowns or long nights when nothing seems to work. I sit quietly, even just five minutes, and say a few prayers while holding it. Keeping that little moment to myself somehow gives me the strength to carry on without feeling so drained.

I see it’s been a while since anyone posted here, but I just wanted to say that I really relate. I've found that connecting with just one other parent in a similar situation can make a huge difference mentally and emotionally. Has anyone here found local or online support that's helped, especially during those tough moments when everything feels too much? I'd love to hear how others are getting through.
