EHCP with no 'Sensory and Physical needs' section...

Is it possible? My autistic child with sensory processing difficulties and a speech delay changed the school and his EHCP has been already updated. What surprised me was that there is sensory and physical needs section missing in the plan and my child's needs are split between ‘Behaviour and Emotions’, ‘Learning and Development’, ‘Health’, ‘Everyday Life’ and ‘Family and Community’ sections (Sections B, C, D). Also, there is no information about S&L and OT therapies (my child had them all in old school). The new LA says that my child is on the waiting list and that the LA have to wait for new assesments (from the letter I learnt that children wait up to 2 years for the specialists appointments). Do you think I should dispute it? Where could I find legal help?

Yes dispute it, you may not have to go straight to legal help though, just inform the school that you want an ammendment to the EHCP that includes sensory needs as you are concerned some of your sons needs are not being met by the current EHCP and that you are also going to speak to your GP about your concerns. Then actually call your GP and log your concern even if it is just a 5 min chat.
The GP isn't SEN specially trained, but the "threat" that a 3rd party in any professional capacity will know with time and date of your concerns ahead of any new issues starting is basically logging evidence that your concerns were already raised and if something goes horribly wrong because the sensory side wasn't included the failure is with the school should you ever have to take it to the getting a lawyer stage later.
Hopefully the thought of being held accountable more seriously down the line if the current EHCP is insufficient will prompt them to make the changes you requested more immediately without the need to go down a legal route.

Thank you for your comment. The LA said that they will not change the plan for an individual child. I will follow your suggestions and contact our GP. What more I found was that my child got funding for a place in a special school, but in fact he attends the ASD Resource. The LA denies it, but it is easy to prove (all the bandings are on the council's website). I don't know if it is worth mentioning..

Absolutely, anything relevant you can document to help build your case would help.
Also in case you do need to pursue some legal route when you get a free moment periodically save all emails and letters you have had and sent to and from the school and put them in a folder labeled by topic/content, month, and year.
