My 13yr Son has difficulty socializing with others

Hi, I am looking for advise and guidance for my 13yr old son who has difficulties socializing with other children and making friends. Any advice for those who have or are going through this would be very much appreciated :) I am really worried for him and hate to hear that he spends a lot of school breaks and lunch time alone

Do you have ADHD and Dyslexic support services in the area? These individuals have similar "wiring" to our Autistic being. These individuals will have their own differences, but can make great friends. External groups like gaming communities or a judo class can be helpful as well.

Autistics use language different than neurotypical society. It's one of the crucial things which impact all kinds of issues for us throughout our life. There is always a loss in translation and the better we understand this, the easier it can be to navigate. Ideally, 1-2 really close friends is all one needs.
