I got my date for the officialADHD assessment through it’s from the NHS. The end of this month. I got my letter today.
It said the appointment will be 3 hours long.
It’s a man that’s assessing me. I don’t feel great about that.
Can anyone tell me how things went for them? I feel 3 hours is a really long time. Will I get told there and then if I am diagnosed or not?
Do I take all my notes with me? I am rubbish at talking and describing things.
