Dear All,
I am seeking advice regarding our 16 year old daughter. She has been struggling with extreme pain and fatigue for about 2 years and we continue to await formal diagnoses for these issues. She and I (Mum) think that she has endometriosis and fibromyalgia. Following comments from friends, family and teachers, it seems that she has ASC traits too. She had a pre diagnostic assessment last month (privately) and their letter stated that on the Social Responsiveness Scale she had a T score of 75 from the school and a parental T score of 85. As this is a 'pre diagnostic assessment', it is not a formal diagnosis. I am wondering if anyone's child had similar scores and then went on to obtain a formal diagnosis for ASC? If so, was this carried out by the NHS or privately?
Any information/help would be very much appreciated.
Thank you.
Sarah
