We've had a good first week back at school but my daughter is just constantly dysregulated, nothing like this has happened before. But she's only slightly dysregulated so just carries on with her day. We don't know what's causing her to be dysregulated and she has no clue either, usually she has an idea or knows what's wrong but not this time. She's happy in school and nothing at home has changed. But she's also getting really hot really quickly, this started Friday. She's not poorly.
We and school have changed the ways we support her when dysregulated. She came up with these ideas so they help. We would give her an ice pack, ice pop, cold drink to help regulate her body temperature. She seems happy in herself in general so don't know how to get to the bottom of her feeling dysregulated.
If anyone has any thoughts, it's greatly appreciated.
