Hi everyone hope u can help my nearly 3 year old severly autistic son is due to start nursery soon he has been in nursery since 8 months old as I did work he copes well there but im trying to get him in a speech and language nursery
My educational psychologist thinks he is okay for mainstream nursery but I think a specialist nursery will be better.
I keep getting told it's glasgow city councils policy to send autistic kids to a mainstream nursery but because he is quiet no trouble but has no communication skills, he will fade in the background
I feel like he should be getting all the help but there is no funding available
Am I being unreasable!
