Does any one have any ideas for toys and games to play please? . This is for a six year old boy, who’s very active needs lots of sensory input and stimulation, has communication difficulties, speech and language delay and no awareness of danger.

Blockout, it's sort of 3D tetris, it requires a minimum of 7 buttons to operate, 3 for turning around each of axis, and 4 for moving horizontally and vertically when block is falling down the well.

I had ongoing competition with my sisters when we were around 10y.o.

it's possible to change size of well, including the way down, and how complicated blocks are available
