    thankyou, it helps me!

what makes a successful therapy in your opinion? is it the environment, therapist, or anything else?

there is no successful therapy only exposure and recovery techniques to contain the condition within individual resilience coping abilities and that also can flux depending on the day, nothing to with anything(that can be measured or identified), it is just the case and that is were you have to learn to accept the condition. It is a snake, the more you fight it, the more the condition strangles you.

Autism for me is the like weather, no set controlling pattern, hence a predictable environment/people/situation keeps the weather calmer, whilst I deal with my autism.
