My daughter hasn't been out the home since July and 1 year before July 22 she has a social worker who hasn't provided a day ops pa transport i had surgery nov4th and the social worker knew that I'd be having surgery from Sept she granted 4 weeks respite and we couldn't acess it due to one place only who aren't taking on anymore requests as there fully booked no alternative was offered so then the social worker left until Oct to find care for Lauren put in for care company which we was offered 3 30 minutes one week bf my op to gain trust and familiarity with Lauren and 3 1 hour none of those occurred as they had no staff in we got 1 visit 30 minutes the wededasy bf my op which was the Fri Lauren hadn't got to know the carer on the op day she refused acess to carer leaving my daughter alone from 6am till 5pm after I'd returned from major surgery straight back into a full time carer ..my daughter has asked for day centres pa and all social worker is doing is pushing her into assisted living she has social anxiety she hasn't been around people and never stayed away from me and I being told Lauren's a adult now to make her own choices she can't even wash her own hair let alone has the mental capacity to make life changes so big there is no support at all I've asked and asked seems it's the easiest option for the social worker to get her in her home as opposed to provide a social care plan Feb there taking her and I feel she needs transition not one extreme to another has anyone got any advice at all I have a complaint system, in place what rights do I have and what rights does Lauren have
