Hi, does anyone know whether you can have a Support Worker or Social Worker when you reach adulthood because of struggling to live fully independently? This would be for a vulnerable young autistic adult (level1-2, sorry for using levels).
I have asked the authority about this and have been told that the young adult wouldn't qualify and it would need arranging through a private company.
