Increased aggression

My nearly 16 y.o daughter is becoming more and more agitated every day. She has a lot on her mind, getting a job, college, school, driving, money and the list goes on. I've been trying to help her but she is difficult to connect with.

Myself and the school are worried about her because she hasn't seemed herself recently. She's very low and in school she said she wishes she was dead and wants to kill herself. She has been self harming aswell. She's also more impatient and anything ticks her off a lot more than it did. She has recently been punching the walls a lot so now in pain. She's been headbaging and biting a lot. In school it's been the same and she's been obsessed with one teacher in particular, playing with her hair especially, leaning on her, hugging her, and putting her in headlocks gently in a playful way. It's obvious that my daughter trusts this teacher a lot and is one of the few staff she will talk to about any issues.

What can I do. We've done well but now we've taken a little dip. Thanks for reading this. X
