Climbing

My child who’s nearly six has a thing about climbing on to the kitchen counter ect to get things. More worrying if he sees an open window climbing up and sticking his head out, it means we can’t open windows in the heat but far more worrying it’s putting him in extreme danger. Does anyone have any advice please?

Hello, one thing you could try for this is blinds or shutters so you can have them open but also closed from the inside but still allowing fresh air in. My sister did this for her young daughter who also climbed in windows. And make sure you or someone's with him when he climbs sides that way you can make sure he doesn't fall and hurt himself :)
