My son is nearly six under assessment for ASD he has mixed expressive and receptive speech and language delay. Sometimes he wants to do things that he can’t do for example play with things that aren’t toys or go to places we can’t go to as it’s not practical. If we say no he lyes on the floor screams and cries and lashes out. How do we handle this?
