We are asking for all help, ideas and advice!
My Cousin Elijah is a nonverbal autistic young man who has a beautiful soul. Almost 2 weeks ago my aunt and her boyfriend took him to Aruba because he absolutely loves the beach. Unfortunately, when they went to fly home his past Tuesday, he became agitated when he saw the plane. He started stimming wildly and wanted to just be in the bathroom of the plane. The flight attendants said he could go back in there once they were safely in the air, but he become aggressive toward my aunt and her boyfriend because he was so upset. They were removed from the plane and have been stranded with no way of getting back to New Jersey. They found a medical transport plane that said they could sedate him and fly them to Florida. We all scrounged up the money with the help of her boyfriend's parents to pay for it. However, now they are saying he may be too unstable they may not be able to do it. We need help and ideas! we need to get this beautiful boy home. There are no cruise ships from the US there and the American consulate told them a cruise ship may not take them anyway.
