God yes you can be a mum. I have a lovely grown up son and I am autistic and dyslexic.
But it sounds like your friend has a few physical challenges that might make some aspects of care for her children difficult. That's where social services should help. Her kids need their mum's love even if some care tasks might be harder. I hope social services aren't the ones judging her.
Problem with seizures are they can be life threatening all round if they aren’t controlled. Are the children very young? I imagine social services are worried she might have a seizure at a time which puts the child at risk of harm eg. When the child is in the bath or if she is carrying a small baby/toddler up or downstairs for example. Does she have a partner at home or a carer? I imagine it’s quite dangerous for her to have a seizure alone regardless of whether she has children
It is my connection to my friend is more of an sister relationship coz we have everything in common she looks out for me and calms my meltdowns down and I cheer her up and stick by her when she is in pain or upset we both suffer with psychosis so we help each other through that to im worried sick for her life
That’s so sad about your fiancès brother. I hope they manage to find a way to stop your friend’s seizures, so frustrating when something is obviously wrong but they can’t find a reason.
I'm her best friend and neighbour I have aspergers so it takes its toll on me as I know how serious seizures can be as my fiance brother died from fitting so much as neurology couldn't find anything in his brain either till it was to late.
She is under neurology and they can't find anything in the brain well for a fact autism doesn't show up on the brain scans so I'm thinking it's autistic seizures but she did get told by ambulance she has had epileptic ones stress on the brain being autistic u can't stop worrying she has a 5 year old who lives with her and a carer.
