can anyone help me please on where I might be able to find a part time live in experienced carer for a young man aged 19 with autism who lives at home with his father. This would be a privately funded position based in Essex and would be very ad hoc based on his fathers work commitments. Is there a company or data base that puts parents in need of support in their own homes in touch with experienced carers who are flexible in terms of days and hours and willing to stay overnight.
