Rocking advice please

Hi, I'm looking for some advice. My eldest has autism, my second child doesn't and my youngest has recently turned two. For a while now my youngest has rocked her pelvis against furniture. Sometimes it's relentless, all day for days on end. Then she seems to not do it so much for a few days. I know this is different to classic rocking, but is it still a sign of autism? She doesn't have any issues there, no uti or anything like that. There's no physical reason for her to do it. Thanks

  • No my eldest has never rocked, and I don't think she's seen anyone else doing it. I know two is very young to distinguish like you say. She repeats phrases alot, and can ask the same question over and over even if she gets an answer. But again that old just be a toddler phase. I just wasn't sure of this even classed as rocking really. Thanks for replying
