Son-Rise Programme

Has anyone done the Son-Rise programme which is run by US organisation. Thinking of doing it but not sure if it is a money con as it is very expensive.

I have a 7year old autistic child who is non verbal, and will try anything to help him.

  • Hi - as the others have said, be wary cost-wise.  What sort of school does your son go to?  I'm asking because his schooling, if it's the right kind, can make a great difference....altho over a longer periof of time.  I remember watching a tv prog on Sonrise.  The little boy came on but it was very intensive day in, day out.  After several months, if I remember correctly, he appeared to engage less. Perhaps because he felt he had had enough, at least for the time being??  Good luck with whatever you decide.
