You could try London Children's Practice. They did my son's SALT assessment which costed about 450 pounds. This was done at their clinic in west london. You can try calling them and find out the prices. Here's their link:

Oh I am also trying to find a recommended and affordable assessment in London. I have been quoted between £2.5k to £4k, which is very expensive. The CAMHS waiting list for us is currently 2 years, which is apparently normal.

My daughter has seen many nhs services over the years, all of which have failed her, it is heartbreaking.

Assessments are available online from various providers, so geography can be unimportant.
