Activity Ideas.

Hello everyone.

Im new here and not sure this falls under this specific category but I have a 17 sister with autistic spectrum disorder and we live in south east London and am looking to perhaps get her into some clubs or groups during the holidays ( she is at college ) but am not sure what. Does anyone have anywhere they can recommend? Also if anyone has any ideas for activities that would be appreciated also.

Hi - has she indicated what she might like to do? The other thing might be to have a starting point of what usually interests her + seeing if there's something she can participate in which widens that interest a bit. Also some areas have befriending groups. I don't know if she'd be interested but if she gets matched with someone she relates to??

I always find gardening good for the heart and mind, most community centres have gardening groups to maintain the landscapes around there buildings, tea and biscuits and good outdoor chat, or inside if it is raining
