Weighted blankets

Hi, I'm thinking about getting a weighted blanket for my boy (9yo AS) who finds it difficult to get himself back to sleep after waking up overnight. Any advice or experiences?

 I've seen people advise to go for 10% of their weight?

  • I went through a number of bedding options - including a large bath towel and I have settled on a couple of cheap 'throw' blankets from sainsburys.  they are not so much heavy but more that they conform to my body. i HATE having an air-gap under the bedding which can draw in cold air if i move.
