Myself and my sons mother separated when my son was 1 year old, I have my him every weekend without fail since we split, he got diagnosed with autism 6 month ago as well as having genetic chromosome missing, now he doesn't want to come and stay with me and if I do try and take him he goes into a meltdown im after and advice on what I can do to support him or try and make his transition from his mother's house to mine any easier for him plz
