Nappy Pants

My daughter 4 got her ASD Diagnoses last November and she is still in nappies but the size 7 pampers are getting a little tight, I don’t know which ones to go for next that will help her through the day and night. Do I go to my doctor for help.

  • Hi if you look up your local incontinence service with the nhs they can help when I did this for my son we had to fill out some forms and keep a diary sheet of how much he drank which I know is not always easy and they will do the assessment and then send you a supply of bigger Nappies or pull ups of what your child requires just bear in mind that you have to try and make these last especially when you have to give school some too as they only give you so many per delivery  I hope this helps

  • Pampers have nappy sizes that go up to size 8. Although I have found I can only purchase them in larger super markets.

Dry nights pull ups come in sizes up to 7-10 years and are very good. These are great priced from Tesco usually also on offer.

Does your child have a continence nurse? In Scotland Once your child is 4 they are entitled to free nappies not sure if this is the same elsewhere in the uk.

It would be Worth speaking to your GP about this.

  • I would talk to the dr.
