Applying for specialist high school

My daughter is in year 6 and has an EHCP.   Whilst she has coped through mainstream primary school,  I would say she is a very vulnerable child in that she is less emotionally mature than her peers,  struggles with oral processing delay and noise sensitive,  alongside the usual ASD struggles.

I feel that she really needs specialist support but during her council attended review meeting,  the general feedback was the fact that she is on the lowest level EHCP means she is unlikely to get in to special.

The school and I have been tasked with submitting an amended EHCP and the Educational Psychologist also said her current EHCP outcomes were not reflecting a specialist requirement.

Can anyone share their EHCP outcomes who are in special?  The issue we have is that her current primary are not very experienced in EHCP completion and as such the EHCP are solely focused on academic targets which I think is going against us.

Any advice would be gratefully received.
