My 9yr old son, who has recently been diagnosed, does not seem to cry - for any reason. He has full blown meltdowns, hitting his head on walls, or self-harming, but when we get him to calm down and discuss events, he will not cry. When I ask him why he does not cry, or he fake cries, he says it is because he doesn't want his body to get wet. Has anyone had any experience with their children and crying? Any help would be appreciated.
