Autism and arfid diagnosis

Can anyone offer advice on where to find a specialist or treatment centre for my 14 year old daughter who has high achieving autism with sensory issues around eating and who has recently been rediagnosed with Arfid from anorexia. It is proving very difficult to find anyone who can help.

The issue seems to be a lack of a cohesive approach between specialists and I wondered if this was common for parents?.
