what kind of software does she work with ? And how much ET?I am guessing it takes her longer to understand the question before she even gets started. And perhaps also her processing is much slower?

She is my IT support, so I couldn't say in detail, but it included time-organisers to help with poor executive function and a microphone and software for recording and editing lectures to help with note taking. She gets an extra 25% time in exams. You will get a needs assessment, where the accommodations you requre will be ascertained, so, to an extent, each person's case will be different.
