Recent diagnosis for 7 year old

Hi! I have recently had a diagnosis for my son and I'm concerned how to tell him. I feel like its really important he knows because he has vocalised on a few occasions he's frustrated and cant help some of the things he does. Whats the best way? i dont want him to feel any different and im unsure which words to use. Thanks!
