Hi all
wasn’t really sure what to say, but I need advice or help. I’m super worried about my 2 and a half year old, she doesn’t speak just grunts, won’t say words or even something similar.
she finds crowds and new situations difficult seems to get very anxious about new places. I find it very mentally tough and I’m very worried about her. She also struggles with sleep and eating. Won’t chew/ chokes. Physically she’s fine. I’m pushing for early diagnosis but it seems that in England very difficult to come by.
as a single parent I feel very alone, worried and seem that no1 understands. I sometimes feel like screaming.
any words of encouragement or parents in a similar situation would be helpful? Anyone who has been through a similar thing and the kid eventually talked/ got better?
hope there’s parents out there who feel like me. Trapped isolated and worried.
