Divorce

Has anyone else on here been through this? The first thing my husband attempted to do through his solicitor was to try and downgrade my daughter's disability because of the financial consequences for him.  He also fails to recognise the contribution and sacrifise I made over the years and the effort put in that has allowed her to progress to the level she is at now. Long term she is always going to be dependant on me, but I just wondered how sympathetic the courts were where there is a disabled child/young adult. He is trying to make me sell the house, which I feel is totally not in her best interests as any big changes like this are obviously going to be very difficult for her to cope with. She has just turned 18. Do the courts really take this sort of thing fully into account or are they just dismissive of it as my husband seems to think they will be as he is paying CSA maintenance and thinks that is where his liabilities to her end.  Any advise or suggestions please?  Thanks x
